Flowers of Spring

As I walk through the city streets you would not think I would have seen any sign of Spring having sprung except maybe more sunny days and of course in Vancouver, April showers. However, the one sign that always indicates to me that Spring is here is that all the corner stores and street vendors have buckets of inexpensive colorful tulips. This year, the ones that I noticed the most were the two tone ones that are a wonder of nature on how they created these delicate striped petals.

Love of the Sea

The ocean and anything nautical is very inspirational for me and when made into jewelry it is also fun to wear. For a while I have been searching for an anchor charm that is large enough to use as a pendant on a longer necklace and I finally found one a couple of months ago. When it arrived I thought I was going to use it right away but designers block set in and I didn't know how to use. Today was the day for creating and I finally figured out how I wanted to use the anchor charm.

2010 Wedding Season - Handmade jewels for your Big day

The 2010 wedding season is nearly here and the planning for most brides will be well under way.
